navigates across Avenue of the Americas/NYC in "Stonewall Car"
The
famous blue 1969 convertible
"Stonewall Convertible" is shown in the heart
of Greenwich Village in Manhattan, NYC traveling west on Waverly Place
crossing Avenue of the Americas heading toward the Gayest
street in the world: Christopher Street. The
well-known signage
on the side of the car reads: "The 1969 Stonewall Car".

(l-2-r): Terri Van Dyke (ridin' "shotgun"); Cristina Hayworth
(up for her annual trek from San Juan standing
in the car a-la-Evita Peron); Yvonne Ritter, RN (atop rear seat, left) and Rev.
Magora
Elmira (atop rear seat, right). Countess Conni Briana
(sun-glared) is driving the "Big Blue". Because for the first time in New York City parade herstory, the
"S/W-Car" contained
only females, S.R.V.A. director Willson Henderson labeled it the
"Stonewall Fish Tank""!

Cristina Santiago Hayworth has been a longtime member of the STONEWALL
Rebellion Veterans' Association ("S.R.V.A.") of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion
in
Greenwich Village, New York. Cristina was first elected as the
S.V.A. (international) Ambassadress in 1994 -- the year of "Stonewall
25", celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion
throughout the
world. The largest celebration was in New York City in Manhattan
where there were two separate Gay Pride "marches" (not "parades"
that one special year). Cristina tearfully accompanied 24
other Stonewall veterans on the huge stage in Central Park. The
SRVA's elected spokesperson Queen Allyson provided the riveting
speech. One of the major themes was the natural Gay, Lesbian,
Bisexual and Transgender ("G.L.B.T.") diversity -- particularly
transgender leaders such as Allyson, Brooke, Cristina, Eleanor, Gertie, Ginnie, Ivana,
Rose and Sylvia
-- of the original STONEWALL Club in the late 1960s
and the S.R.V.A. now.

Bert Coffman (sitting) and Chyna Fucito (sitting atop back seat).
You can see the metallic blue color of the "Stonewall Convertible"! This

The Executive Committee of
the STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans' Association approved the S.R.V.A. director
Willson Henderson's appointment
of Cristina S. Hayworth as the official S.R.V.A. Liaison to Puerto Rico
and Latin America.
Cristina is also involved with the creation of a new political
party in Puerto Rico, which will embrace the civil rights Stonewall
history and current GLBT concerns and issues. The
name of the group is appropriately and proudly called Heritage of Pride
Puerto Rico ("HPPR"). Senorita Cristina is its "presidente
prominente primera"!

2008
On the occasion of the 39th
anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion, S.R.V.A. Director Willson
L. Henderson expanded Cristina Hayworth's S.R.V.A. realm to include all of
Latin
America besides Puerto Rico! Cristina
has the helpful advantage of natural and fluent Spanish for the
Gay,
Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender ("G.L.B.T.") people who may
telephone the S.R.V.A. from any of the countries in South
America, Central America and Mexico in addition to the
Dominican Republic and her
native homeland Puerto
Rico.
SVA-er Cristina Hayworth was campaigning with American presidential
candidate -- active S.R.V.A. Honorary Member -- U.S.
Senator Hillary Clinton in Puerto
Rico on their "Democratic Primary Day" on Sunday the 1st of
June 2008. Cristina thanked the most-famous American
woman Senator Hillary for the wonderful letter that
the
senator recently sent to the S.V.A. on the occasion of
"Stonewall 39". Not to miss a beat, Cristina
cellphone-called the S.V.A.
director Willson Henderson in Manhattan directly from the
scene.
For
your information, Hillary won the P.R. primary
election by a blow-out of 69%! Fast-forward to
the
last Sunday in June when Cristina is in Manhattan,
NYC, leading the "New York City 39th Annual G.L.B.T. Pride Parade" with
the STONEWALL Rebellion Veterans' Association of the 1969
uprising with the
classsic 1969 blue vehicle known as the "Stonewall Convertible".
Senorita Cristina called the S.R.V.A. on Thanksgiving Day to wish all of the
American Stonewall veterans a very "Happy Thanksgiving"! She
repledged her 'gracias' to the STONEWALL V.A.
Cristina looks forward to the new year start of the
historic
and milestone commemoration of "Stonewall
40"!
