Imperial Queen Allyson Ann Allante is fabulously "The Stonewall Statue of Liberty"!  She is grandly, colorfully and proudly posing as the new, live and Gay community version of the Statue of Liberty.  Queen Allyson was instantly surrounded by paparazzi from every major and minor newspaper, magazine and television station and, from the overflowing parade sidelines, spectators cheering loudly and proudly and shooting endless photos.  In the middle of it all, the Queen gave quick quip interviews including to the New York Daily News.  It was all a remarkably stunning and beautiful sight, one caught in a split moment of the exciting annual Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender ("GLBT") Pride Parade.  The location is on Fifth Avenue -- the Queen of Avenues -- in Manhattan, New York.  Then, as an added surprise and media bonanza, Queen Allyson held an impromptu and welcomed public meeting with N.Y.C. Mayor Rudy Giuliani who was waiting nearby with his entourage.  The New York press were literally ecstatic!  Ironically, in the photo above, the fabulous St. Patrick's Cathedral sets the grand background!  The New York Post commented in one of their parade stories that the only two things really worthwhile seeing in the entire Gay Pride Parade were the classic "Stonewall Car" and the classy "Stonewall Queen"!  Complimentarily, The New York Times has quipped that Queen Allyson is to the Gays what Princess Diana is to the British.  They went further in observing certain similarities of outfits, referring to one of Allyson's gowns as "qualified to be a Diana original knock-off"!  Meanwhile, Queen Allyson as the "Stonewall Statue of Liberty" was heard declaring:
"Give me your Gays... give me your Lesbians... give me your Bisexuals... give me your Transgendered... give me your Questioning... give me your Closet Cases... give me your Fag Hags...."

Compact Bio of Queen Allyson

Allyson was first-named after Lana Turner's daughter's name "Allison" McKenzie in the blockbuster book and hit film "Peyton Place".  Allyson's maiden name "Anderson" is derived from the Lana Turner film "Madame X" in which L.T. portrays Holly "Anderson".  If U know Allyson, U know her favoroite actress always was and is Hollywood queen Lana Turner.  After all, they do have many commonalities.  Our Allyson's last name changed when she married the tall, dark, handsome, athletic and elusive Dr. Allante.  Her third husband, the body-building and impressive-looking Farrell Armstrong, is the absolute fave of her friends and fans.  They are pictured below in a magazine special on "Stonewall".......

Allante, IQKNY President and S.V.A. Spokesperson; legendary jazz entertainer Miss Kitt Holiday, IQKNY Social Chairperson and S.V.A. Executive Committee; Geistmeister Thomas R. Stevens ("TRS"), S.V.A. General Secretary; Electra "Lux" O'Mara, S.V.A. Recording Secretary; "Hurricane" Dave West, S.V.A. Public Relationist; and SW-Vet Ray McCaffrey's sister, Duchess Rayette, IQKNY Treasurer.  Even a Stonewall veteran took the photo:  Terri Van Dyke, S.V.A. Queen Allyson Ann on her 'set' at home for "Stonewall" film

Unlike all of the other Stonewall vets -- in all ways -- who were interviewed on film and actually accepted and cast in the "Stonewall" movie, Allyson even chose her own movie set!  She strongly suggested and the producers agreed to film AAA in her own home in Manhattan.  Although it is eveningtime -- the time zone that Allyson chose -- the distant background through the window is the Palisades in New Jersey!  This site location is at The Bromley on Broadway in the Upper West Side.  King Farrell and Queen Allyson's condominium apartment is on the 20th of 21 floors with a spectacular view.  One floor up on the penthouse level is actor Harvey Feirstein with transgender hits "Torch Song Trilogy" the movie and "Hairspray" the play.  Ironically, the "Church Lady" from "Saturday Night Live" also lives in the building!  Isn't that special?  Allyson's wardrobe for the movie is totally her own.  The black, high-cocktail sequenced dress and accessories in the photo are exactly what AAA is wearing in the film.  As a result of this full-feature movie, Queen Allyson is listed in many film sources including the International Movie Database at:  www.IMDB.com.

After the Dykes-on-Bykes motorcycles parade escort, the one-third-of-a-million person annual GLBT pride parade starts with Queen Allyson Allante and the STONEWALL Veterans' Association leading the marching extravaganza with the fabulous candy blue 1969 Cadillac convertible.  Pictured with Queen Allyson is noted historian Martin Duberman, author of the book "Stonewall".  Martin broke through the police baracades to join his "Stonewall" movie star for a parade-stopping photo-op.  Queen Allyson appears as Herself in the movie "Stonewall" based on Mr. Duberman's book.  Proudly shown sitting atop the rear seat of the famous "Stonewall Car" are some veterans of the Stonewall Rebellion, all officers of the S.V.A. (l-2-r):  Storme DeLarverie, Yvonne Ritter and Jeremiah Newton and vet Randy Wicker standing next to the famous car.

Letter from former NYC Mayor John Lindsay to Queen Allyson

For the 25th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion and the entire "Stonewall 25" anniversary, all of the Stonewall veterans -- in person, via mail, by phone and through fax -- voted on which Stonewall veteran they wanted to be the Official Spokesperson for the
STONEWALL Veterans' Association
("S.V.A.") in interviews with televison stations, magazines and newspapers and on stage in Central Park for the historic and huge celebration rally.  The overwhelming choice was the widely-known, well-versed and glamorous Queen Allyson Ann Allante!  On an absolutely beautiful, sunny and proud day, leading with Queen Allyson the alternative, non-U.N. "Authentic Stonewall 25 March" up Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York, will be the only vehicle in either march, namely, the classic 1969 Cadillac blue convertible "Stonewall Car".  This grand chariot will be carrying Queen Allyson and some of her "Stonewall Girlz" such as Sylvia Rivera, Electra O'Mara and Bonnie Bluegown.  Driven by the mocha handsome, very talented and sexy hot Kevin "Rockwell" O'Neal, the "Stonewall Queens" will be driven as close as possible to the park staging area.  Security shall be tight for these legendary Stonewall Galz.  On the huge stage, Queen Allyson, in a beautiful, muave-colored, sequinced, designer gown, will be joined by almost all of the other Stonewall Vetz (at least "25") from both GLBT pride anniversary marches.  Allyson is the one who will speak with several prepared statements from the S.V.A. organization and ACT-UP as well as extemperaneous observations and comments directly from the Queen!  In addition to being on the Board of Directors of the S.V.A., Queen Allyson is the longtime Imperial Queen and President of the Imperial QUEENS & Kings of Greater New York.  The IQKNY was mentioned several times in their Queen's literally stirring speech.

*

Queen Allyson's partner in life and business is the affable, debonaire, very European-styled (born in the French-flavored island of Martinique), handsome and popular body-builder King Farrell J. Armstrong, the elected Imperial King of the Imperial QUEENS & Kings of Greater New York.  The public duo and sometimes show "Allyson & Farrell" really present a stunning, stylish, eye-catching and hot royal couple.  They have done so since they met on September 13, 1989, in Greenwich Village, New York -- at a West 14th Street candy store named ironically named Debonaire!

Queen Allyson Allante was the special guest at this annual GLBT Pride Parade in Long Island.  Pictured above is the gathering place for the parade at a huge shopping center's parking area in Huntington of Long Island.  The 1969 Cadillac "Stonewall Car" was leading the Long Island Pride Parade.  The famous vehicle was carrying only Allyson the Queen representing both the STONEWALL Veterans' Association ("S.V.A.") and the IQKNY.  Each organization had a big sign on one side of the car.  Pictured driving is Farrell Armstrong and riding shotgun is red-headed Randy Rainbow.
