Stonewall veterans (except one) proudly pictured above in and about the 1969 Cadillac "Stonewall Car" are (l-2-r):  Stormé DeLarverie, S.V.A. Ambassador and Chief-of-Security (wearing aptly attired rainbow military helmet and S.V.A. "Stonewall Sash"); Yvonne Ritter, R.N., S.V.A. Executive Committee; Jeremiah Newton, S.V.A. President; Evie Gabore, Friend-of-SVA; Randy Wicker, S.V.A. Executive Committee (wearing pink hat, rainbow suspenders and holding sign "Justice for Marsha (Johnson)"); (rear-seated left) Tommy Lanigan-Schmidt, S.V.A. Executive Committee; (shotgun-seated) Terri Van Dyke, S.V.A. Treasurer; Farrell Armstrong, IQKNY King and S.V.A. chauffeur (wearing white cap, black shades, white tank top and brown muscles); (standing) Queen Allyson Allante, S.V.A. Spokesperson (wearing striking rainbow dress); and last (and certainly least) "Mr. Blue Bluster" (non-vet who couldn't get close enough to so many actual GLBT living legends -- especially the real "Stonewall Queen").

The GLBT Parade always -- and should -- get slowed up in the narrower streets and huge sidewalk crowds in Greenwich Village.  Shown here on Waverly Place is Martin S. Duberman, the author of the only book on "Stonewall", and Queen Allyson, whose sexy, custom rainbow Gay dress had a 13-foot long train (held up by Sylvia Rae's friend, Smittie).  Also shown in the "Stonewall Car" is (l-2-r):  King Stormé DeLarverie ("Chief of Security"), Yvonne Ritter (S.V.A. Executive Committee member), Jeremiah Newton (S.V.A. President) and Randy Wicker (wearing cap).  Sitting in the shotgun seat is Terri Van Dyke (not visible, S.V.A. Treasurer).  Driving the blue beauty is brown body builder Farrell Armstrong (with white cap).

Proudly pictured post-Parade are (l-2-r):  Smilin' Marion Lee, exhausted Parade Grand Marshal Judge Karen Burstein and beaming Imperial Queen Allyson.  In the right background are Smittie (with rainbow cap) and Sylvia Rivera (partially shown in red dress).  In the left background is a newer version blue "paddy wagon".

Proudly included above are (l-2-r):  King Farrell Armstrong, muscular S.V.A. Protector and hot "SW-Car" driver; Queen Allyson Allante, glamorous S.V.A. Spokesperson; Terri Van Dyke, dedicated (and dishy) S.V.A. Treasurer; Sylvia Rivera, sometimes S.V.A. Secretary (and sometimes sober); and Smittie, Sylvia's penniless and homeless streetpal) in the front row.  In the top row (l-2-r) are:  Stephan Van Cline, uphonious (as in U-phony) S.V.A. groupie, 86'd by year's end; Tommy O., S.V.A. Video Project Coordinator; Gary Whitten, elusive member of the S.V.A. Executive Committee; and Storme DeLarverie, loyal S.V.A. pistol-packin' Chief of Security.  Not shown is Ray McCaffrey, faithful S.V.A. Financial Secretary, who snapped the photo.  All ten people were treated to drinx, dinner and desserts -- and a great time -- by the always generous S.V.A. Founder Williamson Henderson.
