The "Thirty-Third Annual Stonewall Symposium" -- sponsored by the
STONEWALL Veterans' Association ("S.V.A.") -- happened on Friday, June 20, 2003, at the New York
City Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Community Center
in North Greenwich Village in Manhattan, New York. The S.V.A.
typically plans on scheduling this event during Gay Pride Month in
June -- and this year 2003 was perfect on the Friday before Gay Pride Week. It was billed
as "The beginning of the 10 Days of Gay Pride"!
